Vacation benefits*
* Based on a 40-hour-a-week employee. Vacation time is pro-rated for employees who work less than 40 hours per week.

1-5 years of service - 11 days vacation
5 years of service - 16 days vacation
10 years of service and above - 21 days vacation

Sick Days & Sick Leave Sharing Benefit
In a hardship, application may be made to receive extra sick time from other staff who donated days.

Wellness Days
Full-time employees earn 1 additional vacation day every 6 months when no sick or other unpaid days are used.

Under certain circumstances, education reimbursements or scholarships are available.

Boyer Pool & Kinney-Lindstrom Center Gym Membership
Free to OV staff, spouse and children.  

Use of the Activity Center
Forum, conference room, classrooms:  $50 deposit refunded after event pending no damages

Jury Duty
Wages are paid while serving on jury duty.  (Employers are not required by Iowa law to reimburse wages.)
