Our classes are designed to cater to various fitness levels, preferences, and goals, ensuring that there's something for everyone on their path to well-being.

Classes Include:

  • Zumba: Thursdays at 6:30 P.M.
  • Aqua Aerobics: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10 A.M.
  • Sit & Be Fit: Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays at 11 A.M.
  • Swimming Lessons: Wednesdays at 5 P.M.
