Privacy Policy

One Vision is committed to respecting the privacy of supporters, and as such adheres to the Donor Bill of Rights as put forward by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

All information concerning supporters or prospective supporters, including their names, addresses and telephone numbers, the names of their beneficiaries, the amount of their gift, etc., shall be kept confidential by One Vision, its staff and volunteers.

The types of supporter information that One Vision collects and maintains are as follows:

• Contact information: name, address, telephone number and email address
• Giving information, including gift types and amounts
• Event attendance, publications received and special requests for program information
• Information provided by the donor in the form of comments and suggestions.

One Vision uses supporters' information to understand their interests in its mission and to update them on organizational plans and activities. It is shared with staff, board members, volunteers and consultants only on a "need-to-know" basis.

One Vision assures supporters names and addresses will not be shared with third party interests unless permission has been granted. Those who do not wish to be included on a mailing list should contact One Vision to have their names removed.
